I am a medical doctor born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq and currently in San Francisco, CA. I worked in an international humanitarian organization with workers from all cultures and walks of life, some of him I helped learn Arabic while they helped me learn French.

I am not a traditional teacher. I've worked as a trainer in a number of youth-led initiatives and have come to fall in love with the methodology of leading interactive "workshops" and learning spaces. I love to base my teaching off of the students rather than the curriculum and I love for our learning experiences not be restricted to the lectures; I'm here whenever you have a question or a cool video you want to share.
