I break down the topics into smaller chunks doing little and often. I will help the person by using flash cards, videos, exam questions and technique as well as letting them try to teach it back to me to encourage further recall to help them store the information. I also would provide support for mental health in terms of helping to lower anxiety levels and make coping easier
