My lessons always begin with a review of the concept last taught.
I then reteach the concept and provide my students the opportunity to show me what they know through a "warm up."
New concepts are taught in a scaffolded, layered approach focusing on vocabulary and the crucial details of each subject.
My lessons are catered for students JK-8.
