About Kaitlyn
Hi, I'm a year 12 student, who previously worked as a dance teacher. My aim for tutoring is to provide students with the best understanding of math in not just theory but also life. Although I'm aware most students find math boring or overwhelming, I hope to decrease the stress kids can feel during a standard math class.

I'm currently a year 12 student completing advanced math, chemistry, and biology. The targeted school age for lessons is kindergarten to year 9, which consists of a 30-minute to an hour lesson based on the child's needs. Each lesson aims to address a syllabus dot point though the pace is set by the child's needs. I use a mixture of real-life scenarios and worksheets to simplify the lesson and engage the student.
