For the last 11 years I have been a Yoga Coach with a specialization in Yoga for Athletes. Working with some of your favorite athletes and coaches on a professional level (NBA, MLB, MLS) as well as high school and college athletes. Teaching them the importance of visualization, injury prevention, meditation, journaling, proper breath work for quicker recovery and the list goes on! I also work with busy professionals to help them focus and reach their goals. And I would love to work with you to help you connect your mind and body to bring out the best in your life!
