I am a semi-retired college instructor with 25 years teaching experience in Anthropology and 11 years teaching English Composition. My Master's degree is in Anthropology. Experience includes on-campus, in the Indiana Prison system, and online. I have worked with gifted students as well as those struggling to understand course content and reading and writing. My students would include high school and college undergraduates or adults needing help with skills needed for work.
I'm very "user-friendly" with my students, available for any help you need.
College instruction comprises 25 years of my instruction in Anthropology, and this is comparable to Sociology courses. Over 25 years this amounts to thousands of students! Along with Anthropology I have taught 5 levels of English Composition and have guided struggling students to achieve their Writing Proficiency exams to earn their Bachelor's degree, and have guided highly creative and gifted students to broaden their techniques. Over these 25 years of teaching students have contacted me years later to share with me how my teaching methods helped them to achieve their life goals.
