About Chris
I'm passionate about music, drums, and teaching/helping others. In over 20 years of playing drum set I've played in and toured with bands of all different styles. Outside of playing in bands, I'm very passionate about helping others find and explore their passion of music and drums.
I'm comfortable teaching any skill level and any age. My mission is to help you build a solid foundation of drumming and achieve your goals.

About the lesson

Depending on level of experience each student will have their own curriculum. With beginner level drummers, we will first focus on technique, basic theory, understanding annotation, and rudiments. From there, we will then focus on building coordination and limb independence around the drum kit and then go from there.
With moderate/advanced level lessons, my philosophy is to help drummers hone in on what styles and genres they are passionate about learning with a balance of exploring new/different areas outside of the comfort zone.
