About Anshul

I am an experienced English tutor with over six years of online teaching experience, working with students from different countries and educational backgrounds. I have taught students following international curricula including IB, IGCSE, Cambridge and NESA, as well as students preparing for the SAT.
My teaching experience covers English Language and Literature, literary analysis, academic and creative writing, grammar, essay writing and examination preparation. I have worked with students across different age groups and learning levels, adapting my lessons to their individual needs and academic goals.

I take a structured yet approachable approach to teaching. I believe students learn best when they understand the reasoning behind a concept rather than simply memorizing information. Through guided practice, discussion, personalized feedback and carefully selected learning materials, I help students develop skills they can use independently.

I take every student’s progress seriously and aim to create a professional, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and improving.

About the lesson

believe every student learns differently, so I do not follow a one-size-fits-all teaching method. I first understand the student’s level, learning style, strengths and areas that need improvement, and then adapt my lessons accordingly.
My focus is on understanding rather than memorization. I encourage students to ask questions, think independently, analyze ideas and apply what they learn. I use clear explanations, examples, guided practice, discussion, writing activities and regular feedback to help students develop lasting skills.
A typical class begins with a quick review or discussion, followed by the main concept or text we are working on. We then practice the skill together before moving towards independent application. Depending on the student’s goals, lessons may include literary analysis, essay writing, grammar, creative writing, exam questions or preparation for assessments.
I work with school students and teenagers following international curricula, including IB, IGCSE, Cambridge and NESA, as well as students preparing for the SAT. I support English Language and Literature, academic writing, essay writing, text analysis, poetry, prose, drama, grammar and exam preparation.
What I value most as a teacher is helping students become confident and independent learners. My aim is not simply to help a student complete an assignment or prepare for an exam, but to help them understand how to approach English effectively on their own.
