I completed M.Tech at Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University, Chennai. I worked as an Assistant Professor of Information Technology. My area of interest is C, C++, Java. I have guided students to present IEEE papers and innovative projects towards students. I was able to help build out the university’s profile as an engineering leader.

I don't teach C,C++,Java directly rather start with algorithms, teach how to write algorithms in plain English statements. Now give some very basic exercises to write steps for thing like how to turn on the computer etc. .
Analyze the answers given them and tell them the ways how could they have a better algorithm. Give them more and more problems with each problem having a programming construct involved in it like variable assignments, loop concepts, if else concepts etc. It can be done by writing the algorithms for simple exercises like how to print number from 1 to 50,
