About Jasmine
Church band players often struggle to make the jump to secular rock or blues. I spent 13 years as a self-taught player before earning my Diploma in Guitar from the Musicians Institute Hollywood. This weird mix of woodshedding and formal schooling means I handle power chords and scales with a total lack of pretension.
Over the last decade, I have helped 400 students move past basic tabs to actual improvisation and soloing. Whether you are grinding out barre chords or trying to master ear training, I keep the vibe loose. Let me help you figure out your sound, and keep in touch.

Does your current practice routine feel like a chore rather than a way to actually play music? Building on 13 years of experience, I mix rigid theory from my Musicians Institute degree with a relaxed approach that avoids boring drills.
We look at everything from complex modes to lead guitar techniques, keeping the pace brisk but fun for worship players moving into new genres. Since you are busy, I provide a monthly recorded review of progress so you can track your growth at your own pace.
You get clear feedback on your technique, and we keep the goals realistic. Practice should be enjoyable, so we work on songs you actually want to play. You will be shredding in no time.
