About Tanesha
The sound of a perfectly tuned concert grand often echoes in my memory from my time at the New England Conservatory. I maintain a disciplined standard when practicing complex scales and arpeggios because precision defines the serious musician. My students learn to command accompaniment skills and sight reading with clarity.
Developing hand independence requires a thoughtful approach to memorization techniques. I incorporate jazz improvisation to keep the learning process grounded in actual music. These 8 years of experience ensure that I guide students toward authentic results.

Pacing remains deliberate so you can absorb the nuance of every measure before moving forward. You will find that my approach reflects the rigorous training I received at the New England Conservatory.
We focus on sight playing to build your confidence and musicality. Technique serves as the foundation for the music we create together.
I provide a 6.0 minute recorded playback of each session so students can review at home. My goal is for you to hear progress in your own playing daily. These sessions remain the highlight of my musical week.
