About Zelma
Do you ever wonder how the best sounds actually get made? I started by obsessing over my own tracks and realized that the technical side is just a tool for the idea. After 12 years of coaching students through their music, I have learned that technique should never block creativity.
I earned a BS Recording Arts from Full Sail University to formalize my understanding of the craft. My approach is centered on real progress using synthesis, sound design, and sampling to shape your unique voice.
This method keeps the focus on the song rather than just the software. I balance the technical side with a steady, kind approach to ensure you keep making music that resonates.
Building your skill set is the path to better art. You deserve to hear your creative vision realized exactly as you imagine it. I am ready to help you reach that target.

Craft is the foundation. Sound is everything.
We start with arrangement, song structure, and recording basics to establish a strong workflow. Mastering sidechain compression or advanced sampling techniques happens within the context of your original tracks.
This is for independent artists, gigging musicians, and career switchers alike. My BS Recording Arts degree informs how I break down complex sound design for you.
You will complete a short project after every single lesson. It keeps the momentum going forward. It feels like real work, which is why it sticks.
