About Gabriela

I am certified and very experienced in teaching languages (English, French, and Italian), test preparation, and humanities. English, French, and Italian are languages I grew up with and studied at universities in Europe and the United States. I have always taught successfully students of all ages. I worked for the Open University Business School (UK), and was a test administrator for diplomats at a major school in Washington D.C. where I taught language immersion courses. As proven with all-5-star reviews, my subject-immersion training has helped test prep. students increase their scores and grades from 20% to 90%-100%, often with just a few lessons; most were accepted by their favorite schools. My BA major is in English; my diploma GPA is 4/4; my Master's degree is from the George Washington University (#201 as per World University Ranking, its alumni include presidents, scientists, and Nobel laureates;). Other certifications: coursework at Georgetown University (Washington, D.C.); online French courses at Paris-Sorbonne University (France); a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philology/Romanian from the University of Bucharest (Romania); and extensive language and culture studies in Naples (Italy), Nice (France), and Quebec (Canada). In the U.S., I have worked for The University of Texas/ALTA, ELITE Test Prep. school, Inlingua (ILR/government test prep.); Global LT, U.S. courts; The School of European Languages and Art, Varsity Tutors, and Certified Language Interpreters. I have taught corporate students at Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Verona Marble, Sabre, Hitachi, Open University Business School, etc. Additionally, I studied Art in Italy, and at the National Academy of Fine Art (New York City). Groups of up to 3 students are welcome! Lessons are meticulously designed to fit the unique needs of each student via subject-immersion and other competitive teaching methods.
