About Shelby
Open-mic regulars kept asking how I did what I did, which started this teaching path after I spent 9 years gigging across the American South. Developing a solid foundation in rhythm guitar and songwriting often requires mastery of scales, modes, and lead guitar mechanics. Reading sheet music and refining improvisation skills also prove essential for anyone wanting to play effectively.
I focus on barre chords and soloing to ensure you gain practical control, keeping my approach grounded in my own acoustic performance background. I am here to help you get those songs out of your head and onto the fretboard.
