About Betty
Fluency acts as a key that opens doors to better career opportunities. Sometimes I admit that preparation for a formal exam can feel daunting at first. Using my background as a federal trainer, I provide mock speaking exams with detailed feedback. This approach helps IELTS candidates and business professionals alike.

Clear pronunciation feels like a bright light in a dark room. I focus on accent softening and vocabulary building to help you speak with real confidence.
My training includes an MA in French and a CELTA from McGill University. These credentials support the work I do with 289 students I have guided to date.
Many of my clients are immigrants building lives in Canada or adults preparing for high stakes scenarios like the IELTS. I enjoy watching the moment when a complex expression finally clicks into place for a learner. Sharing these breakthroughs is the most enjoyable part of my job.
