About Maude
Helping people find their voice is the primary reason I teach songwriting. Lyric writing, motif development, and song structure remain the core pillars of my creative practice.
I earned a Certificate in Music Production from Berklee Online to better understand how arrangement impacts the listener. My 3 years of experience have shown me that working musicians and intermediate producers often need the most help with harmony basics.
Exploring genre conventions across pop, country, folk, and R&B allows us to see where your unique style fits. I love the moment a vague idea becomes a finished song that feels authentic to your vision.
My approach is upbeat, practical, and patient, ensuring you feel supported throughout the entire drafting process. I provide honest, specific feedback between sessions so you never feel stuck for long. By the end of our time, you will have completed work that reflects your genuine musical identity. Your goal is the finished song, so let us get to work building it.
