About Amy
I am a highly experienced tutor able to teach across a wide range of disciplines. Including Degree Level English and History, A Level Law, English, History, Maths, and GCSE Geography and Sciences. I graduated from the University of Leeds with First Class Double Honours in English and History. I am committed to providing the highest level of education, and have a track record of improving a pupil's mark by a whole grade or more.
As well as a breadth of experience in private tutoring, I have also worked for the Tutor Trust with disadvantaged and struggling students, so am fully trained in behaviour management and engagement tactics.
I always tailor my sessions specifically to each student, as no two individuals learn in the same way. I also endeavour to make the sessions as bright, diverse and fun as possible while maintaining close attention to the curriculum needed!
