About Tahra
I am a down to earth person, who lives and breath wellness.
My own journey brought me to the path of being a health and wellness coach.
My goal is to always bring life to an experience and leave the people I work with in a better state of mind and feeling more empowered with their health journey.
I would say I my love for understanding the human body and mind is deep, but you will always find yourself having a life with me. Life is hard enough, the least we can do it have fun working out.

As a passionate health and wellness enthusiast, I have always thought outside the box when it comes to creating dynamic, sessions that will always challenge my clients. Sessions are specifically targeted to the lifestyle and goals of the client.
Generally a session will be from 45-60 minutes depending on the session and individual.
I have been working int the fitness industry for 10 years, starting out with the qualification as PT, and then expanding into Pilates, Barr, yoga, Breath work, Reiki and then studying the art of self enquiry and meditation through modality of art therapy.
I work with a variety of clients from men to women, of all ages and abilities.
