About Hazel chong
Hello! I am Teacher Hazel. I have been teaching piano professionally since 2014, guiding students from absolute beginners (toddlers) all the way to Grade 8.
My Qualifications & Highlights:
10+ Years Experience: Former teacher at Music Center; currently running a home studio.
Education: Bachelor in Business & Masters in Philosophy (Management)
ABRSM Grade 8 Practical & Theory.
Student Achievements :
I am proudest when my students succeed. Recent highlights include:
International: 2nd Place, Glory International Piano Competition (New York).
National: Silver Prize, Euroasia Piano Competition (2025).
Exams: Multiple Grade 5-7 students achieving Merit and Distinction in recent years.
