About Juliette
Teaching started because regular folks at open mics kept asking how I managed to keep my voice steady while playing. Most people assume that having a degree means you have to be stiff, but my time at USC taught me that the best sound comes from being relaxed. I have 13 years of experience helping people move past stage fear management. Over the 209 students taught, I have learned that head and chest voice control requires a gentle touch.
It is quite rewarding to help someone finally hit that high note that felt impossible before. I enjoy seeing those lightbulbs go off.

Recording your own voice feels strange, but hearing your playback is how we identify habits that need adjustment. We review your performance recordings together each month to track how your vibrato control and vocal range extension are developing. I watch the clock to ensure we stay focused. The process feels more like a conversation between two musicians than a lecture.
You will find that my approach is practical, low pressure, and focused on making music fun rather than perfect. I will keep things simple so you can find your own authentic sound.
