"Violin playing improves when you stop practicing mistakes. Effective technique requires an understanding of physical tension and ergonomic movement.
I use my 6 years of experience to help you achieve control over your spiccato and staccato bowing. Sound.
My MMus degree provides the framework for these sessions. You will engage with theory and tuning by ear to develop your musical intuition. We utilize recorded playback of your specific tricky passages so you have a roadmap for independent home practice.
Expect to progress through standard classical repertoire with a focus on polished intonation. It is a pleasure to guide you toward a more confident sound."
