About Miguel
Teaching piano is how I share the joy of music discovery. Sometimes I struggle to stop tweaking a melody just like you do.
I hold a BM in Songwriting from Berklee College of Music. My 8 years of experience includes working with 218 students.
I teach memorization techniques and hand independence to every player. Sight reading and ear training are staples of my curriculum.
I also cover sight playing and music theory in detail. My lessons include sight transposition and dynamics and expression. Feel free to reach out if you want to play better today.

You will start each session by tackling specific modules assigned for your progress. I use my Berklee training to make sight reading and hand independence feel manageable. My 8 years of experience means I have seen almost every roadblock for students. You should know that weekly practice modules are required to ensure growth.
We go through ear training and dynamics in a very practical way. Learning piano should be fun even when we focus on theory.
