The first lesson will be a health history intake and discussion of any movement that causes pain. I'll provide explanation of how the processes works and what to expect with your exercises. Next will come a movement and postural alignment assesment, then we'll tackle the foundational exercises to start building proper mechanics for any issues we identify. Ultimate progression culminates in standard functional strength training.
