About Rachel

I was raised by parents who overcame deep systemic and personal barriers to build their careers—quietly teaching me the power of resilience, dignity, and belief in something bigger than yourself. Growing up between cultures, I’ve always carried the sense that difference can be a source of strength—if we’re supported to understand and own it. That belief has shaped both my life and my work. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Labour and Society, focusing on people, social relations, and organisations, a Master’s in Communication strategies and a Master level Consultant training. My approach is also informed by training in trauma-informed practice, intercultural facilitation, and neurodiversity awareness. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across Europe as a trainer, coach, and consultant—supporting people at all levels, from front-line staff to executive boards. My passion lies in helping emerging leaders from all backgrounds feel confident, centred, and fully equipped to lead in a way that is true to who they are. What sets me apart is the way I hold space for difference—creating a supportive, culturally aware environment where professionals can develop their leadership without leaving parts of themselves at the door.

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring and how I teach my classes: I take a person-centred and psychologically informed approach to leadership coaching. My sessions are designed to help you understand and develop your own leadership style—one that works with your culture, communication preferences, values, and way of thinking, including neurodivergence. I don’t teach a fixed model of leadership. Instead, I support you to build confidence, overcome internal and external barriers, and grow in a way that feels natural and sustainable. Techniques and teaching methodology: I use a mix of reflective exercises, practical frameworks, coaching tools, and real-life scenarios to help you apply what you learn directly to your work. My style is warm, supportive and challenging when needed. I draw on trauma-informed practice, inclusive leadership models, and my background in facilitation and consulting to tailor each session to your needs. Lesson length: Sessions typically last 60 minutes and are delivered online. We can also agree a format that suits your availability and learning style, including shorter check-ins or deeper, less frequent sessions. Qualifications and experience: I have over 20 years’ experience as a coach, trainer, and consultant in the workplace, working across sectors and organisational levels—from front-line staff to senior leadership teams and boards. I hold formal training in coaching and facilitation, and specialise in working with professionals with protected characteristics who may feel underrepresented or unheard in traditional leadership settings.
