About Elizabeth
Welcome! My name is Elizabeth (Liz) and I am a certified English teacher from the United States with a master's in reading.
I am passionate about reading, traveling, different cultures and yoga. My teaching philosophy centers on building your confidence in English, while supporting instruction with a strong focus on vocabulary acquisition and grammar.
You will leave my class feeling confident and empowered.

When you attend one of my classes, you can expect to do a lot of talking! Each of my classes is meticulously crafted bearing in mind my students' proficiency level and unique language goal.
A typical 60 minute class will be broken down into a format of 5 minutes of speaking warm up, 10 minutes of grammar mini-lesson, 10 minutes vocabulary, 5 minutes reading, and 25 minute discussion and 5 minutes of feedback and corrections.
