I emphasize travel French and business contexts to get you comfortable speaking immediately. My 7 years of teaching inform how I filter out the noise. We move fast. It works.

Hobbyists and busy professionals frequently arrive at my door seeking a bridge between textbook grammar and real life. My BA Musique populaire helps me explain the nuances of nasal sounds by ear. I spent 9 years gigging the Montreal folk scene, which means I hear the language in song and street chatter.
Learning needs to stay grounded in how people actually talk. I have spent 7 years refining this practical approach for students. Most of my day is spent breaking down tricky idioms into usable chunks.
