I am an engineer with a zest to teach students and have been doing this from more than half a decade with only one base line of getting the concepts clear and give confidence to my students no matter how difficult it is to achieve that.

I don't have one. I generally coach struggling kids who are looking to brim above the below average score and teaching these kids is not justified with one set of rules or methodology. I teach in a language they understand. I volunteer myself in understanding their pattern of understanding in the first two sessions and if they understand the language of some story or a movie trailer to understand the concepts of value of measuring the slope or coming up with an equation of line, well, I do that. That's how I prefer to not work within the limitations of conventional methods.
