About Durgesh
I am a dedicated fitness coach with 6 years of personal experience in high-level Calisthenics and Weight Training, and 2 years of professional experience helping clients transform their physiques.
My journey started with a fascination for what the human body is capable of. Over the last 6 years, I have mastered the balance between gym-based hypertrophy (building muscle) and bodyweight mastery (strength and control).
I don't believe in "one-size-fits-all" fitness; I believe in building a body that is as functional and mobile as it is strong. Why train with me?
Proven Experience: Having spent thousands of hours on the bars and in the squat rack, I have made the mistakes so you don’t have to.
Professional Guidance: In my 2 years of formal coaching, I have successfully guided students through fat loss phases, muscle-building journeys, and mastering their first pull-ups and dips.
Hybrid Knowledge: I understand how to integrate heavy lifting with calisthenics progressions to ensure you don't just look fit, but you move like an athlete. I am passionate about teaching the "why" behind every movement, ensuring you gain the knowledge to eventually become your own best trainer.

What to Expect in a Typical Session: Dynamic Warm-up: 5–10 minutes of mobility work and brisk movements to prep your joints for high-intensity work.
Skill Work (Calisthenics): We start with high-focus bodyweight skills like pull-ups, push-up progressions, or handstand prep while your central nervous system is fresh.
Strength Phase (Gym): We transition to compound gym lifts (squats, presses, rows) to build raw force and muscle density.
Core & Conditioning: Functional finishers that target your "inner unit" for stability and stamina.
Cool Down: Guided stretching and recovery techniques to reduce soreness and improve flexibility.
Goal-Oriented Approach: Every session is results-driven. We start with a fitness assessment to identify your baseline. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, or perform your first muscle-up, I provide:
Customized Progression: Exercises adapted to your current level—from beginner to advanced.
Form Correction: Constant vigilance on your posture to prevent injury and maximize efficiency.
Progress Tracking: Periodic reviews to ensure you are consistently hitting your short-term and long-term targets.
