About Sorrel
I am a dedicated piano teacher with 14 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education. I have trained many students from beginner to advanced levels, helping them build strong keyboard skills and musical confidence through structured learning methods.
My teaching approach is simple, patient, and practice-oriented. I believe piano learning becomes easy when students understand concepts clearly and practice regularly. I encourage creativity and help students develop a strong connection with music through consistent practice and guided learning.
Throughout my teaching journey, I have helped students achieve success in exams, performances, and personal music goals. I continuously improve my teaching methods to make lessons more engaging and effective. My aim is to help every student enjoy piano learning while becoming skilled and confident performers.

My piano lessons are designed to help students understand music from the ground up, starting with basic notes, scales, chords, and hand coordination. I focus on building strong fundamentals so students can progress smoothly into more advanced techniques and musical pieces with confidence and clarity.
Each lesson includes practical playing exercises, sight-reading practice, and song learning to improve coordination between both hands. I make sure students learn in a structured yet enjoyable way, combining theory with real playing experience. My goal is to help students develop rhythm, timing, and musical understanding while enjoying the learning process.
I also customize lessons based on student goals, whether it is classical piano, pop music, or exam preparation. I provide regular feedback and practice routines to ensure continuous improvement. My focus is to help students become confident piano players who can perform independently and expressively.
