About Victoria
I have a passion for helping children and young people that perhaps find learning in the busy classroom environment more challenging - whether that is due to additional needs or just preferring the 1:1 style.
Relationships are key when it comes to learning and therefore I work hard to get to know my students in order to provide the best possible experience.
I love learning myself and have various interests in horses, history and reading.

Using my wealth of experience and a basis of person-centred learning, I tailor lessons/sessions based on the student’s needs and abilities. I aim to keep learning engaging and structured so that the student knows what to expect and also cater to interests as much as possible. I have lots of experience working with neurodivergent pupils as well as neurotypical.

Victoria has been tutoring our son for the last two years in maths. She is a wonderful and patient teacher, who personalises her sessions. Her vast teaching experience is evident and she has an ability to make learning enjoyable and rewarding. Our son’s maths skills have improved enormously under her tuition and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
Vicki has been doing 1:1 tuition with my 8 year old for a couple of years now. She's great with him, makes things fun, understands his needs and what works for him. His confidence has grown and part of that is down to Vicki. I'd hugely recommend her.
