About Anindya
I am basically an engineer ( Licenciate Mechanical Engineering followed by Diploma in Information System Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Software Engineering). Former Manager in MNCs (22 yrs.) and having 16 years of teaching experience , mainly to CBSE ( also some ICSE and West Bengal Board students) Class VI to X students. Teaching in a friendly/fearless/ congenial atmosphere and in interactive way, with individual care and by providing practical day to day examples and by obtaining regular feed backs on the progress and making the learning a fun. Teaching the morals and humanities and also the needs of the present world as well as how to deal with the stresses caused by peer pressure and demanding superiors are part of my teaching methodology, which I learnt through various Management trainings - I underwent during Managerial jobs.

I put emphasis on teaching the basics of any topic and gradually progressing towards the higher ends to enable all merit level students to exploit their potentials and reach at a level , which earlier they thought was unreachable.
