Colleagues, parents and students have said that I possess a gift for creating a positive rapport with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I believe it is important to connect with each of my students in a personal way. We start by creating goals together and I assess their levels in a fun unassuming way. As a tutor, I am consistently supplying my students with feedback and encouraging them to do their personal best. I have patience to empower students to think for themselves, an eagerness to motivate them to meet their goals and the commitment to hold them accountable to themselves.
