About the lesson

Additionally, as a progressive educator with differentiated, individualized, and project-based, creative instruction experience, who lives by diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, in all aspects of my personal and professional life, I believe that I also bring these values, combined with my classroom/grade level knowledge, education and native prowess in Spanish, Dual Language, ESOL, ELD, Elementary, Secondary, and Early Childhood instruction that will be of great benefit to your school’s already high standards and expectations. Further, in working together with the students, combined in planning, and collaborating with colleagues as a co-teammate in identifying innovative approaches and improved solutions to challenges will help to motivate our students to take further ownership and pride in their active participation in learning.
Dedication and determination are my foundations for success, and I am sure they are mutually shared with your school’s mission and philosophy. Formerly and presently in my Spanish immersion/Bilingual/Dual Language/ESL/ELD Teacher roles, my successes have stemmed from building on essential skills, including classroom management and needs assessment. I have enhanced my collaboration abilities and cultivated a reputation as a major contributor through intrinsic motivation, as well as interpersonal connections. And, with these qualities, my ability to facilitate positive change impacting outcomes.
