About Carol

Hi, I’m Carol. I used to be a people pleaser, the classic “yes girl.” For years, I struggled with low self-esteem and constantly questioned my own value. It wasn’t until I began my personal development journey that everything changed. I learned that the happiness and validation we seek from others will never truly last. Lasting fulfillment must come from within. That realization became my turning point. I committed to healing my past and rediscovering who I truly am. Through this transformation, I joined Toastmasters and delivered speeches to encourage others to trust the process of growth. Today, I serve as a Program Quality Director, helping others step into their confidence, just as I did. I now believe deeply in my own worth and I believe just as strongly in yours. You have everything it takes to become the person you’ve always dreamed of being. Sometimes, all it takes is a little support from someone who’s walked the path.

About the lesson

2) Sharing real-life insights from 7+ years of personal development
3) Guidance rooted in Toastmasters experience. I’ve gone from fearing public speaking to leading others as an Area Program Quality Director

- What makes my coaching different?
I’ve lived through the transformation myself. I don’t speak from theory. I share from experience, empathy, and results.
