About Pam
"Holding a Bachelor of Music from New England Conservatory serves as the foundation for my 13 years of teaching. I confess that I find the mechanics of music theory more fascinating than the performance itself.
I have mentored 355 students through power chords and barre chords. Reading sheet music is essential for your growth. I also focus on blues progressions and improvisation for those interested in soloing.
Strumming patterns and grade exam prep are part of my regular toolkit. My method is precise and direct."

"Reaching a point where your fingers move instinctively remains the standard for our practice. I am thinking about how the guitar serves as a vessel for your own creative voice. My degree allows me to break down complex theory into manageable parts for the casual learner. You will find that I prioritize the physical reality of the instrument over theoretical jargon.
