I am a guitar tutor with 11 years of experience, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a Guitar Emphasis. My passion lies in helping students create original music and develop their own unique style. I guide aspiring singer-songwriters and independent musicians through songwriting, composition, and artist development. In my lessons, students learn to craft melodies, harmonies, and lyrics that reflect their personal voice. I emphasize practical techniques for recording and producing tracks, helping students bring their ideas to life in the studio. I also cover diverse guitar styles, including classical, jazz, acoustic, electric, and bass, to broaden musical understanding. For students who prefer a structured, technical approach, I focus on precision, fingerstyle technique, and music reading. For those who enjoy relaxed, intuitive playing, I encourage strumming, groove, and rhythm exploration. I integrate exercises that enhance ear training, phrasing, and stylistic interpretation, so every student finds their unique voice.
