About Bonnie
I have teaching certificates in pole dancing and aerial hoop by Xpert, a leading agency of pole sports and aerial arts based in the UK. I attended lessons intensively from 2017 to 2020. From 2020 onwards, I taught different choreo classes and special workshops (Bring Your Own Socks workshop - focuses on intro to floorwork, Special occasions: One-off pole dance workshop for girls celebrating birthdays!) In 2024, I have won a 3rd place in level 3, Dramatic Pole, Pole Sport Organization (PSO) Pole dance competition.

I am a pole dance enthusiast that is deeply empowered by this dance/sport. I have teaching experience across Hong Kong and Toronto! I can teach in English/Cantonese/Mandarin! A regular lesson looks like: warmup/stretch: 15 mins Teaching: 40 mins Re-cap/cool down: 5 mins In the lesson, you can make the learning choreo-based (more fun, less workout intense) or tricks based (more technical learning of tricks on the pole, but definitely more intense). Your choice!

I feel safe and supported in Bonnie’s class. She always keeping an eye on everyone, motivating us and explaining in detail what muscles and grips we use for each pole tricks.
