About Roselyn
Adult hobbyists and working professionals often sit down at my piano bench after a long day. I remember the quiet focus of my early gigging years when I first realized how music connects us. My BFA in Music Industry from Belmont University grounds everything I teach in real world application.
With 13 years of experience playing in bands and solo acts, I know the nuances of dynamics and expression. I spent over a decade touring North America to refine my piano and guitar skills. Helping a student finally grasp a difficult chord voicing is the most rewarding part of my week

Struggling to make your sight reading feel musical instead of robotic is a common wall to hit. You deserve to understand the logic behind the notes rather than just memorizing patterns. We will work through your choice of pop pieces or classical repertoire with a clear focus on technique.
I provide a progress tracker shared with parents every month to keep your development visible. This approach covers everything from jazz improvisation to proper pedalling technique and grade exam prep for ABRSM or Trinity. My goal is to make your practice sessions feel like genuine musical discovery. You can reach out whenever you feel ready to start playing.
