About Kate
I am a dedicated violin tutor with 13 years of teaching experience and a Master’s Degree in Music. I have helped students of various ages and skill levels strengthen their technique, develop expressive performance abilities, and achieve their musical ambitions through patient and encouraging instruction.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, creativity, and individual growth. I believe every student possesses unique musical potential, so I adapt each lesson to match their strengths, interests, and learning pace while maintaining an enjoyable and supportive atmosphere.

Every violin lesson is carefully structured to help students build strong technical foundations while enjoying the beauty of music. Lessons include posture, bow control, intonation, rhythm, music reading, and expressive playing, ensuring steady progress for beginners as well as advanced musicians.
My teaching approach combines practical exercises, performance techniques, ear training, and musical interpretation to develop confidence and artistry. Each lesson is customized according to the student's age, experience, learning style, and personal goals, creating an engaging and rewarding learning experience.
