About Peter
You might feel that your voice is trapped behind physical tension or self-doubt. My career began with 13 years of gigging across the South where open-mic regulars kept asking for advice on my vocal approach.
I earned my BM Popular Music from Southern California to deepen my technical understanding of breathing control and belting technique. We will tackle rhythm and phrasing alongside diction and articulation to polish your delivery. Stepping onto a stage for the first time is terrifying, and I still get butterflies before every set. We begin by establishing a foundation of healthy habits through recorded warm-up routines shared for daily home practice. I provide 6 distinct strategies for managing stage fear alongside specific exercises to sharpen your performance confidence. My 13 years of live gigging provide the context for our work on emotional delivery and song interpretation.
You will build the stamina required for long sets without straining your voice. It is about learning to lean into the music while keeping your throat relaxed and open.
