About Adriana
Pop and contemporary styles, jazz improvisation, and classical repertoire are the primary areas where I focus my energy. Sometimes it is hard to admit that even advanced players struggle with hand independence or basic posture and hand position.
I use my 13 years of performing experience to help 128 students bridge the gap between reading notes and real musicality. We will tackle music theory and chord voicing until they feel like second nature. My approach relies on memorization techniques that actually hold up under the pressure of a live performance.
Scales and arpeggios serve as our baseline for building fluid technique. I promise to keep the process grounded in your personal goals.

You get to choose the songs we play because I create custom sheet music arrangements for every single student. My BM degree from Boston Conservatory at Berklee informs how I teach musical structure and theory. Playing. I emphasize how 13 years of professional piano accompanying changes the way you hear and build your own sound.
Students appreciate that I provide the exact arrangements they request for their favorite tracks. We look at the theory behind your music to make sure you understand the architecture of the piece. Bringing your own voice into the music is the most enjoyable part of the process.
