About Alicia
Accent softening and business English are my primary focus areas. I utilize my 13 years of experience to assist students with TOEFL preparation and general pronunciation.
My academic background includes an MA in French and a CELTA from McGill University. I help newcomers navigate the nuances of the English language through vocabulary building and interview preparation.
I also provide guidance on IELTS preparation and idioms and expressions. Listening comprehension is another core skill I teach. I am a bilingual Canadian coach who understands the transition between languages. My methods work.

Admitting that language testing can be stressful is the first step toward overcoming your anxiety during high pressure situations. I leverage my 13 years of experience and CELTA training to conduct mock speaking exams with feedback that pinpoint exactly where you need to improve for a 10.0 performance. My background as a bilingual professional in Canada provides me with the perspective necessary to help you succeed.
