About Carol
I am a fun and caring teacher who genuinely enjoys working with people of all ages.
I love to play squash and netball, play the guitar, speak other languages, cook, do DIY, watch rugby and travel.
I've been a teacher for nearly twenty years and I still love supporting kids to learn as much as I did when I first started.

When I tutor children, my main focus is on building their confidence and growth mindset. I like to celebrate the wins and make learning fun and engaging. Kids should always be able to have a laugh and enjoy themselves when they are learning something new.
My learning spaces are well set up and I'm fully resourced and prepared. I have 18 years experience teaching literacy and mathematics to all ages, with the majority of my experience being with students aged 9 - 13 years.
I love teaching and get great satisfaction when I see my students succeed.
