About Vanessa
"With a BA Folk Music, I focus heavily on the mechanics of sound. Teaching comes down to listening closely to what the voice needs to flourish. My work with kids, working professionals, and returning learners centers on the physical sensation of singing.
We explore head and chest voice, belting technique, and range extension. Each student receives a free trial lesson to check range and goals. Music has been my life for over a decade. I find joy in helping others find their resonance."

"Authentic musicality starts with the ear rather than the page. Every sound you make is a reflection of your internal listening habits.
I draw on my degree and 13 years of experience to help students manage stage fear and improve their sight singing. Rhythm and phrasing are vital components that we refine through consistent practice.
You will learn to control vibrato and develop healthy resonance that lasts through long performances. We treat the voice as an instrument that requires patience and steady technical guidance. My approach welcomes students of all backgrounds to explore their vocal range.
I adapt my methods to suit the unique goals of every individual I teach. We look toward your future performances with excitement and clarity."
