About Christopher
I trained for 8 intense years with a special teacher on the East Coast who traveled every year to Hong Kong, he is a direct family student of Ma Lee Yeung the head of the Yeung family. So I am a direct lineage holder of this precious art. I have been teaching for about 10 years to all types of people from ages 8-95. I teach a workshop class once a month on the coast in CA and have a couple of private students I meet with each week. I have a special gift of explaining the postures and helping you feel that you are interpreting and understanding the movements and their purpose. I'm 43yrs of age and am a certified Holistic Health Coach as well so I am also willing to consult with you regarding your health, diet and lifestyle in a comfortable and non-judgmental way

Come learn some basic Tai chi movements that will increase circulation strengthen balance and bring mental well-being. Practicing Tai Chi drives confidence and you will feel grounded and more alert.
If you are interested in further martial application knowledge then we can explore that as well. Tai Chi keeps you young and gives you a nice physique!
