About Vinay

I am a Yoga Instructor and coach for more than two years in teaching yoga.

We all aware that through yoga practice we can live physically, mentally and healthy life,but we still need to right method.

Now I am teaching yoga in groups,schools, residential society etc.
Teaching personally at students home.

About the lesson

I discuss and practice yoga with our students in ancient traditional manner and try to simplify as per today environment. We try to focus on right knowledge of Asana ,pranayama and it's benefits, and other valuable require things which beneficial for person to person as per their health condition.
through my all these little step people get rid of anxiety,stress and also improve their health.
