About Madhur
I am a Yoga Acharya, therapist, researcher and teacher with over 11 years of experience, raised in the traditional Yogic Guru–Shishya Parampara under the guidance of Yogiraj Yogeshwargiri Ji since the age of four. My journey combines deep traditional learning with academic and scientific research in Yoga. I hold B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Yogic Science from MDNIY and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Yoga. I have demonstrated Yoga before the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India and served as a Yoga expert on DD Urdu. Through my teaching, I aim to make authentic Yoga practical, personalized and meaningful for every individual.

My classes follow my Yoga wellness approach, combining traditional Yogic wisdom with modern scientific and therapeutic principles. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all routine, I focus on understanding each student’s functional needs, movement patterns, lifestyle and health concerns, and then adapting Yoga practices accordingly. Sessions integrate Asana, Pranayama, relaxation and meditation with functional movement assessment and personalized therapeutic protocols. The approach is designed for people of different ages and abilities, with special emphasis on improving mobility, strength, posture, stress management and common lifestyle-related concerns. My goal is to make Yoga more personalized, purposeful and evidence-informed—bridging authentic tradition with modern rehabilitation.
