About Ayushi
Hi, I'm Ayushi, a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certified yoga instructor based in Hyderabad. My yoga journey began as a personal pursuit of balance and well-being, and it has since grown into a passion I love sharing with others.
I specialize in Vinyasa, Bikram, Hatha, and Ashtanga Yoga, and I believe that yoga is for everybody regardless of age, fitness level, or flexibility. My teaching style is warm, patient, and encouraging, making sure every student feels comfortable and supported from day one.
For me, yoga is not just about physical postures, it's a holistic practice that nurtures the mind, body, and soul. I look forward to being a part of your wellness journey!

Welcome to my yoga studio in Hyderabad! I am a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certified instructor with experience teaching Vinyasa, Bikram, Hatha, and Ashtanga Yoga. My classes are designed for all levels , whether you are a complete beginner stepping onto the mat for the first time or an intermediate practitioner looking to deepen your practice.
My teaching approach blends traditional yoga philosophy with modern, structured techniques. Each class begins with a warm-up and breathwork (pranayama), followed by a sequence of asanas tailored to the student's pace and goals, and closes with relaxation and meditation. I focus on correct posture, alignment, and mindful breathing to ensure a safe and effective practice.
Classes are open to adults of all fitness levels, including working professionals, homemakers, and seniors. My goal is to help every student build strength, flexibility, and inner calm in a welcoming and supportive environment.
