I teach at Arya Sports Club (best yoga centre in Ajmer, Rajasthan)
The classes are designed for general fitness as well as advance yoga practices.
The class begins with Shithil Vyayam (warm up).
Surya Namaskar.
The second half of the class focuses on the yoga flow, body control and advance asanas.
(Main focus on posture correction)
