About Beril
6 years ago, while preparing for the Canadian U18 Volleyball Championship, our coach added yoga to our training program twice a week, so that we can work on our flexibility and mobility to prevent injuries. Yoga also helped us cope with the stress caused by school and intense training. For the next 2 years, I went to a yoga studio, where I tried different yoga styles, and made my own daily yoga practice.
During the quarantines, we started having yoga and meditation meetings with my friends. After getting good feedbacks from my friends and acquaintances, who were dealing with stress, anxiety and insomnia, I decided to get my 200hr RYT qualification to become a yoga instructor.

Hello, my name is Beril, I have been practicing yoga for 6 years and I have a Yoga Alliance accredited 200hr RYT yoga instructor certificate from House of Bali Yoga school. I am also an outdoor sports enthusiast, and I do many sports such as climbing, skiing, mountaineering, running, windsurfing, freediving, sailing and weight lifting. Whether your goal is to improve in the sport you are interested in (in terms of mobility, balance and flexibility), to gain flexibility and strength, or to reduce your stress, I can prepare a plan for you, and we can practice yoga togerher, either face-to-face or online.
